A Kitchen Built on Craft

Chef Fayyaz carries forward a three-generation culinary heritage rooted in the historic kitchens of Lahore. Mastering the traditional Dum Pukht technique of slow, sealed cooking, he brings authentic Mughlai and Pakistani flavours to life with patience, craftsmanship, and a refined modern presentation.
